Hi all

Been unisexual and trawling the site for over a year now and just realised I never formally introduced myself; although the traffic on the site is mollusk-like at best so good chance this may never be read

My name is Mark. I am Paarl born and bred, and moved back the beginning of the year so I can continue my studies after stints in Stellenbosch, Grahamstown and Cape Town. I'm a bit of an academic gypsy as you may have realised, with my research focus being urban development and design; especially regarding township renewal. My employment has thus been mainly NGO based, although I have been involved in several teaching and educational positions at school level throughout my studies

I am a pavement cruiser at heart. I am still on my crappy 20" I learnt on, but this has not stopped me from doing rides several kilometres long. Once the funds have been collected I'll be moving onto a 36" as my goal is to complete road races.

Riding a uni has allowed me to become the person I always wanted to be. Keep it up chaps and chapettes.

Hey Mark .... Greetings and welcome, glad there is another one-wheeler around, particularly in and around Cape Town.

There are a few others around here that enjoy road riding a lot with the last 3 Argus' seeing uni entrants.

Traffic on the site has been slow. It's mostly maintained by myself with Donna contributing most of the latest stories. Time in my life is a scarce commodity at the moment.

Did you know Yoggi? He basically started Koxx One (Unicycles) and then went on to do Impact Unicycles which has got some incredible team riders. I like your name YogiBare.

We just got the QX Series 36er's in with disc brake, quite a sexy uni. I haven't even had the time to put it on the site.

That's the problem with kiff, quirky sports, there's always so much awesome gear to peruse

Just looked on the Qu-ax site. Very sexy. How much is the damage to get one, just out of interest?
